A1 - Height (measured from the top of the head to the base of the foot)
A2 - Height to shoulder (measured from the shoulder to the base of the foot)
A3 - Height to navel (measured from the navel line to the base of the foot)
A4 - Height to hip bone (measured from the hip bone line to the base of the foot)
A5 - Height to crotch (measured from the crotch to the base of the foot)
A6 - Height to knee (measured from the middle of the knee to the base of the foot)
A7 - Length from navel to knee (measured from navel line to the middle of the knee) 

B1 - Head girth (measured around the head along the forehead)
B2 - Neck girth (measured around the neck at the base of the neck/in the middle)

C1 - Distance: neck - shoulder (measured from the base of the neck to the beginning of the humerus)
C2 - Arm length (measured from the beginning of the arm to the wrist, on the outside including the elbow)
C3 - Biceps girth (measured with bent arm and tense muscles)
C4 - Forearm girth (measured on a tense forearm muscle)
C5 - Wrist girth (measured around the wrist joint)
C6 - Hand girth (measured around the hand at its widest point including the thumb bone)

D1 - Chest girth (measured on inhalation with arms along the body)
D2 - Shoulders width (measured on the back, between the shoulders)
D3 - Back width (measured on the back, between the armpits, arms left along the body)
D4 - Distance neck - navel (measured from the navel to the jugular notch of the sternum)
D5 - Abdominal girth (measured at the level of the navel line)
D6 - Hip bones girth (measured at the line of the hip bones)
D7 - Hips girth (measured at the level of the hip joint)

E1 - Thigh girth (measured at the widest point of the thigh)
E2 - Knee girth (measured at the middle of the knee)
E3 - Calf girth (measured at the widest point of the calf)
E4 - Ankle girth (measured around the ankle)
E5 - Foot girth (measured at the widest point of the foot)
E6 - Foot length (measured with the heel resting on a hard material)
