Women's AP HEMA jacket 350N is a product designed on the base of a male version which was created with the help and suggestions of Axel Pettersson, also to serve the needs of HEMA in the best possible way (Gothenburg HEMA School in particular).
After noticing a growing group of ladies within the HEMA community and taking female body type into account we designed it in such a way that it emphasizes feminine shapes and fits them perfectly. It will be perfect for both beginners and advanced HEMA amateurs.
AP 350N Jacket has a bladecatcher and adjustable belt at the back. It’s fastened with a zipper and its bottom has slits at the back.
The jacket is made of fabrics which have 350N puncture resistance. Except for the fact that it is well-fitted, the jacket keeps all the assets of the male model. The collar is fastened with velcro and has a blade-catcher.
Jacket has cushioning layers on the chest, ribs, shoulders and elbows.
Women’s AP 350N is equipped with specially constructed sleeves for better arm movement. You can remain very mobile during HEMA training. Waist adjustment makes it easier to narrow the width. Slits at the back improve the positioning of the lower part of the jacket on the hips.
- here are no mountings for additional overlays, but it is possible to attach PRO overlays for forearms and elbows (not included)
The product from the assortment is not personal protective equipment - it is intended for simulating the impression during the study on the treatise techniques. It is not dedicated for fencing or contact sport. If you wish to do contact martial arts, please use personal protective equipment.
