Synthetic Dussack was created on the basis of old training simulators, made mainly of wood or leather. It has been used for many centuries in practicing the techniques of HEMA masters.
It is intended for all HEMA training enthusiasts, regardless of gender. We recommend using additional overlays while exercising.
It is made of a hard, white flexible synthetic material. It has a handle with a large opening in which any glove, also heavy, such as Lobster, can fit.
The material from which the dussack was made is polyamide, which is characterized by high durability. Properly selected material and construction allowed to obtain impact resistance. The simulator does not vibrate strongly, allowing for effective exercises. And thanks to the "handle" balancing, the simulator does not hinder the dynamic performance of actions.
If you need durable equipment that will allow you to train intensively and quickly, our dussack is the perfect answer to your needs.
- we suggest using groin overlays and masks to cover the face, especially the eyes, during exercises
- hitting hard elements, e.g. shields or metal masks, not secured with soft overlays can cause quick wear of the dussack
- it should be stored in a dry room, lying or hanging in order to serve as long as possible. Strong heat sources, humidity, or sustained pressure from above can bend the blade or deform this equipment
Product designed for HEMA. It is dedicated to the imitation of historical clothing and armour. It is not personal protective equipment. The "350N", “800 N” and “HEMA GEAR” marks are not equivalent or susbstitute for “FIE-CE” certification. Depending on fields of applications, additional personal protective equipment may be necessary according to the specific regulations for that activity.
